Crossroads Farm is a volunteer-based NOFA-Certified Organic Farm operated by the Nassau Land Trust, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission "is to conserve land and preserve Nassau County's heritage for future generations.  [They] work with landowners, communities, and others interested in enhancing and protecting open lands, farms, and natural resources."
